- El pago se hace por adelantado, empezare a trabajar en el dibujo una vez pagada la comision.- Exijo ser acreditado adecuadamente si yo no soy el que publica el dibujo.- Tengo todo el derecho de publicar mi trabajo en cualquier lado, se debe avisar con antelacion si el dibujo sera o no publicado en mis redes sociales.- Cada cierto tiempo se entregara un progreso al cliente.- Se necesitara una o mas referencia claras de lo que se va a dibujar (Personaje, Escenarios, Tipo de luz, Detalles, Etc), Incluso si me das libertad creativa, se necesitara la tematica del dibujo.- Dibujos solo de uso personal, cualquier uso comercial tiene que ser conversado.- No se puede solicitar reembolsos, a no ser que yo como artista prefiera no seguir con el dibujo.- Solo se admiten las formas de pago indicadas en la tabla de precios (Transferencia Bancaria y Paypal), No acepto Nitro, Robux, Steam Cards, etc...- Los cambios grandes en el dibujo solo se haran durante el sketch.- La entrega o proceso del dibujo dependera de mi estado de animo o cuanta gente me haya encargado, soy una persona normal y tengo una vida igual que tu, porfavor tener paciencia.- Toda fecha limite debe ser conversada con antelacion (Se cobraran entre 5 a 15 USD).-Tengo todo el derecho a rechazar un encargo por A o B motivo.- Referencias, Badges, Stickers u otros formatos de dibujos que no aparezcan en la tabla de precios se tendran que conversar para llegar a un precio.- No puedes utilizar mis dibujos para cualquier formato de IA Generativa (Video e Imagenes).

- Payment is made in advance. I will begin working on the drawing once the commission has been paid.- I require proper credit if I am not the one publishing the drawing.- I have every right to publish my work anywhere. I must be notified in advance if the drawing will or will not be published on my social media accounts.- Progress updates will be provided to the client from time to time.- One or more clear references of what is to be drawn will be required (character, settings, type of lighting, details, etc.). Even if you give me creative freedom, the theme of the drawing will be needed.- Drawings are for personal use only; any commercial use must be discussed.- Refunds cannot be requested unless I, as the artist, decide not to continue with the drawing.- Only the payment methods indicated in the price table are accepted (bank transfer and PayPal). I do not accept Nitro, Robux, Steam Cards, etc.- Major changes to the drawing will only be made during the sketch.- The delivery or processing of the drawing will depend on my mood or how many people have commissioned me. I am a normal person and I have a life just like you, so please be patient.- All deadlines must be discussed in advance (a fee of between $5 and $15 will be charged).- I have every right to refuse an order for any reason.- References, badges, stickers, or other drawing formats that do not appear in the price list will have to be discussed in order to agree on a price.- You may not use my drawings for any Generative AI format (Video and Images).
